HPLC法同时测定利胆排石片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

Simultaneous determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Lidanpaishi tablets by HPLC

目的建立以HPLC法同时测定利胆排石片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量的方法。方法色谱柱：依利特SinoChrom ODS—BP柱（4．6mm×200mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-水（体积比为65：35），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：225nm，柱温：室温。结果木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的质量浓度分别在6．160—123．200mg·L“和4．600—92．000mg·L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数分别0．9997和0．9996；平均回收率分别为100．6％和99．9％，RSD分别为1．0％和0．9％。结论本方法可作为利胆排石片的质量控制方法之一。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Lidanpaishi （traditional Chinese medicine） tablets. Methods The analysis was carried out with SinoChrom ODS-BP（4. 6 mm ×200 mm,5 urn）column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（ V： V = 65：35 ）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. Resuits The calibration curve was linear within the range of 12. 32- 123.20 mg·L^-1（r =0. 999 8）and 9. 20-92. 00 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） for costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone, respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 6% （RSD = 1.0% ）and 99. 9% （RSD = 0. 9% ）for costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone, respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and precise, and applicable for the determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Lidanpaishi tablets.
