Improvement on the potency test of pancreatic kininogenase

目的改进胰激肽原酶效价测定方法,提高检验质量与速度。方法采用酶标仪替代紫外分光光度计测定胰激肽原酶效价。结果酶标仪测定结果与紫外分光光度计一致。结论采用酶标仪测定胰激肽原酶可减少样品使用量,提高检验工作效率。

Objective To improve testing quality and speed and establish a method to improve the potency test of pancreatic kininogenase. Methods Microplate spectrophotometer was applied to the potency test instead of UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Results There was no difference between the results obtained by microplate spectrophotometer and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Conclusions The new method is obtained with less sample costs and higher efficiency.
