This article focuses on the relationships between the higher vocational education and the modern large - scale industrial production, analyzing the constraints of labor features for vocational college teachers, explaining the labor for higher vocational college teachers with productive, occupational and social characteristics. Thus it puts forward how to build up incentive mechanism in line with the characteristics of the teacher in the higher vocational colleges.
