关于普通高中经济困难学生资助问题的思考——基于河南省的调研分析

On Financial Assistance to Needy Ordinary High School Students

近年来,我国先后对家庭经济困难的普通高校、中等职业学校、义务教育阶段中小学校学生建立了较为完善的学生资助体系,只有普通高中贫困家庭学生的资助体系尚未明确建立。本文通过对河南省普通高中贫困家庭学生资助现状存在的主要问题及其原因进行综合分析,认为加大政府投入,建立健全资助制度,提高社会和学校的认识是解决普通高中家庭经济困难学生资助难的根本途径。

In recent years, our country for students of the family financial difficulties in ordinary universities, secondary vocational schools, primary and secondary schools has established a more perfect aid system, but the assistant system of needy ordinary high school students has not been clearly established. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the main problems and the reasons for needy ordinary high school students assistance, the way to enlarge government investment, establish the perfect subsidization system and enhance social awareness of ordinary high school is the only solution of the issue.
