罐笼在防坠制动过程中的动态特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 防坠器性能的好坏将直接影响到立井提升系统的安全。首先建立防坠器制动动力学模型,通过分析防坠器缓冲绳抽出及未抽出两种情况,得到了缓冲绳抽出的条件及罐笼重量、速度对制动减速度峰值的影响关系,并通过对试验曲线与理论曲线的分析比较,验证了力学模型建立的正确性,为防坠器的设计提供理论依据。 The braking performance of parachute gear affects the safety of the vertical hoist system directly. The braking dynamics model of parachute gear is established in this paper. On the analysis of two braking conditions, the buffer rope drawn and un-drawn, the drawn con'dition of the buffer rope is obtained. And it is got how the cage velocity and weight affect the peak of braking deceleration. The dynamics model is verified through the comparison between experiment curves and theoretical curves, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the parachute gear.
