颗粒对杂质泵扬程及效率的影响规律研究

摘要 利用Fluent软件对一离心式杂质泵内部流场进行数值分析,分别计算了该泵在不同颗粒直径、不同的进口初始固相浓度的两相介质工况下的内部流场。计算了不同工况下泵的扬程以及水力效率,并分别作出扬程和效率随粒径以及浓度的变化曲线,进而得到了颗粒直径和初始固相浓度对泵扬程和效率的影响规律。 The internal flow field of the impurity pump is analyzed numerically by using the flow computing software Fluent. The internal flow field of this pump in the two-phase medium conditions of the different particle diameters and the initial solid-phase concentrations at different import is calculated. The lift and hydraulic efficiency of the impurity pump in different operating conditions are calculated. And the curves of lift and efficiency of the impurity pump changed with the diameters and concentrations of particle are drew. And then the rules of the pump lift and efficiency effected by the diameters of particle and the initial solid-phase concentrations are discovered.
