摘要
自中药马钱子果实中分得6个化合物，经IR、NMR、EIMS及UV等光谱分别鉴定为：士的宁（Ⅰ）、番木鳖次碱（Ⅱ）、马钱子苷（Ⅲ）、熊果酸（Ⅳ）、豆甾醇糖苷（Ⅴ）和羊齿烯酸（Ⅵ）。其中Ⅴ、Ⅳ和Ⅵ为首次从马钱子中得到。
By means of silica gel and aluminum oxide CC,six compounds were isolated from Strychnos nux-vomica L.. According to spectral and physico-chemical data,they were identified as strychnine(Ⅰ),vomicine (Ⅱ),loganin (Ⅲ),ursolic acid (Ⅳ),stigmasterol glycoside (Ⅴ) and simiarenol (Ⅵ). Among them, Ⅴ was a new compound, Ⅳ and Ⅵ were obtained from S. nux-vomica for the first time.
