Two furostanol saponins were isolated from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.by the methods of silica gel chromatography and HPLC.On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral (1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,HMQC,HMBC,NOESY)analysis,their structures were elucidated as 22hydroxy5βfurost3β,15αdiol3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→2)βDgalactopyranoside(1),22methoxy5βfurost3β,15αdiol3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→2)βDgalactopyranoside(2).(1)is anemarrhenasaponinⅠ,its 13CNMR data are corrected.(2) is a new compound,named anemarrhenasaponinⅠa.
