外商直接投资对人力资本结构影响的实证研究——基于省级面板数据

Empirical Study of Influence of FDI to Human Capital Structure:Based on Provincial Panel Data

本文利用1999～2008年间的省级面板数据，在对各变量进行单位根检验和协整检验的基础上，运用广义矩估计方法对东部、中部以及西部地区外商直接投资对人力资本结构的影响进行了实证研究，得出以下结论：一是流人东部和中部地区的FDI有利于人力资本结构提升；二是东部和中部地区人力资本结构之所以提升，主要是由于FDI增加使高等教育程度的人力资本部分增长，同时抑制了只受过基础教育的人力资本部分；三足流入西部地区的FDI对人力资本结构提升的正相关关系不显著，主要是由于流入西部地区的FDI量小，对各层次人力资本部分的影响均不显著的缘故。

The article makes use of Chinese provincial panel data from 1999 to 2008,uses GMM to empirically study of the influences of FDI to human capital structure,draws the following four conclusions:Firstly,the FDI inflow of the eastern and central area is advantageous to the human capital structure promotion,but the eastern and central area,the human capital structure promotion's scope is comparatively small;Secondly,the reason of the promotion of human capital structure in the eastern and central area is mainly that FDI makes the human capital of the higher education degree to grow,simultaneously restrains the human capital of the elementary education;Thirdly,the FDI inflow of the western area is not significant to the human capital structure promotion,which is because the FDI inflow of the western area is smallest,its influence to various levels of human capital is not remarkable.
