摘要
首先介绍了PCA方法的原理和计算步骤,然后构建武警部队摩托化输送保障能力评估指标体系,最后利用PCA方法进行评估,并对总体评估对象进行排名,对今后部队摩托化输送保障工作具有一定参考意义。
The principle and calculation procedures of PCA are first introduced in the paper, then the index system for the assessment of the guarantee capability of the CAPF in the motorized transportation is established and all the assessment objectives are ranked. This paper may serve as an important reference for the motorized transportation guarantee work in the future.
