Study of the Application of Multi-functional Beam Carriers to the Segment-assembly of Bridges

多功能运梁车可将箱梁预制和节段拼装有机的结合到一起,它将梁场的箱梁梁节运送至造桥机实现喂梁,然后由运梁车作为造桥机的驮运支点实现造桥机的过跨作业。结合兰武线河口南黄河特大桥修建,介绍了多功能运梁车的结构、技术参数、主要功能和应用特点。多功能运梁车的研制成功,实现了一机多用,减少了设备种类及投入。

By means of the multi-functional beam carrier, which may carry the box beam segments from the pre-casting lot to the bridge-maker,and help it perform the span-crossing operation with the beam-carrier as its supporting point for handling, the pre-casting of box beams and the segment assembly of bridges can be integrally combined. With the construction of the Yellow River Mega Bridge of the Lan-Wu Railway as a practical example, the structure, technical parameters,main functions and features in application of the multi-functional beam carrier are introduced in the paper. The successful development of it helps the realization of one tractor serving several purposes, reducing the involvement of more equipment, and thus saving some costs.
