一种产长春碱真菌的分离

Isolation of An Fungus Producting Vinbrastine

从云南巍山长春花（树皮）中分离到６株真菌，用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）对其中一株真菌（９７ＣＧ１）培养物进行了分析，初步结果表明此真菌能合成抗癌药物长春碱．经鉴定９７ＣＧ１为交链孢属（Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａｓｐ．）

6 strains of fungi were isolated from the phloem(inner bark) of Catharanthus roseus in Wei-shan,Yunnan Prov.One of the fungi,97CG1,its metabolite has been analysed with HPLC.It showe that the fungus can produce an anticancer material Vinblastine.97CG1 was identifed as Alternaria sp.
