抗疲劳Ⅰ号补肾壮阳作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the action of the tonifying the kidney yang of Antifatigue Ⅰ

目的：探讨抗疲劳Ⅰ号的补肾壮阳作用及其可能机理，进一步阐明抗疲劳作用的可行途径。方法：通过对给药组大鼠睾丸、精囊、包皮腺的脏器系数测定及光镜观察，并用放免法测定大鼠在给药后，游泳前后血清睾酮、皮质醇含量的变化。结果：抗疲劳Ⅰ号能促进低龄雄性大鼠性器官及副性器官的发育及精子的生成与分泌，使血清睾酮、皮质醇含量升高，并使二者的升高在游泳后继续维持。结论：抗疲劳Ⅰ号的壮阳作用可能是对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴，下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的功能起促进作用，使睾酮、皮质醇分泌增多的结果。

Objective: In this experiment,we discussed the action of the tonifying kidney yang of Antifatigue I and its possible mechanism,and further studied the feasible way of the action of Anifatgue I. Methods: We measured the organ coefficient of testis, seminal vesicle and preputial glands in the rats of treatment group,observed their morphological changes, and investigated the changes of the serum testosterone and cortisol levels in the groups after giving drug, before and after swimming . Results: Antifatigue I could improve the growth of the accessory sex organs and sex organs in low-age male rats,increase formation and secretion of semine, keep on enhancing the serum testosterone and cortisol levels during and after swimming . Conclusion: The tonifying kidney yang action of Antifatigue I is due to improving the actions of the axle of lower thalamus-hypophysis-sexual gland and the axle of lower thalamus - hypophysis-adrenal cortex so as to increase the secretion of the serum testosterone and cortisol.
