膝关节镜下自体髌韧带移植重建前交叉韧带

Reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament using patellar tendon autograft under arthroscope

目的探讨应用关节镜微创技术行自体髌韧带重建前交叉韧带的方法和疗效。方法在关节镜下采用自体骨-髌腱(中1/3)-骨复合体+挤压螺钉内固定治疗前交叉韧带损伤患者28例。结果28例患者均获得随访,时间10～42个月,平均26个月,按照关节功能评定标准,优15例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率85.7%。结论关节镜下行自体骨-髌腱-骨复合体重建前交叉韧带具有创伤小、固定牢靠、可早期康复锻炼、恢复快且疗效确切等优点,是较为理想的治疗方法。

[Objectives] To evaluate the method and efficacy of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） reconstruction using patellar tendon autograft under arthroscope. [Methods] Reconstruction of ACL was performed on 28 patients with ACL injury using bone-patellar-bone compound autograft and fixation with interference screw. [Results] The twenty-eight patients were followed up for 10 months to 42 months （26 months on average）. Among of the 28 patients, 15 were excellent, 9 good, 3 fair and 1 poor, the excellent and good rate went up to 85.7%. [Conclusions] ACL reconstruction using bone-patellar-bone compound autograft and fixation with interference screw is a good technique with little injury, firm graft fixation, early and rapid rehabilitation.
