中药银菊舒肤露中绿原酸含量的薄层扫描法测定

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Yinju Shufu Distillate by TLC Scanning

银菊舒肤露是由多种中药配成的小儿健肤药浴露，其中金银花为其主药，绿原酸为其主要有效成分之一。为探讨对成分复杂的中药复方制剂的有效成分定量测定的方法，采用聚酰胺柱层析—薄层扫描法测定了银菊舒肤露中绿原酸的含量（０．６８３～１．４０６ｇ／Ｌ）。本法着重在前处理上排除其它杂质对绿原酸成分测定的干扰，灵敏度高，稳定性好，平均加样回收率９７．９８％，变异系数为１．４９％。结果重现性好，准确可靠，可为中药复方制剂的质量控制方法提供较好的范例。

inju Shufu distillate (YSD) is a preparation composed of herbal medicines used for balneotherapy in children. Flos Lonicerae is the main component and chlorogenic acid is the main active constituent. Polyamide column chromatography_TLC scanning was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in YSD.The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid was 0.683～1.406 g/L, the average recovery rate being 97.98% and RSD=1.49%. This method could eliminate the interference of other impurities. It is sensitive, stable, reproducible, accurate and reliable that may serve as a method of quality control for this preparation.
