摘要
信息获取技术是紫外探测技术中的关键组成部分之一,以上海技术物理研究所研制出的512元GaN基紫外线列阵探测器为核心,在深入分析其工作原理及特点的基础上,研究了对应的信息获取原理与方法,并完成了信息获取系统的设计与实现。实验结果表明:提出的针对该款探测器的信息获取技术合理有效,简洁易行,信息获取系统满足探测器的工作要求,与探测器匹配良好,获取了有效的探测器输出信号。该技术同时亦可以作为同类型线列阵(如可见、红外)探测技术的参考。
Information acquisition technology is one of the key parts of the UV detective technology. The 512 pixels GaN based UV linear detector used as the core, which was newly developed by Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. By analyzing its operational principle and characteristics, the principle and method of the information acquisition technology for the detector were studied. And the design method and implementation of the information acquisition system were performed. The result shows that the information acquisition technology of the detector was reasonable and available, brief and convenient. The information acquisition systems met the requirements of the detector, and it matched the GaN based UV Linear detector well so the effective output signal of detector was achieved. The technology can be valuable for the development of the detective technology of the other linear detectors(such as visible and infrared detectors).
