摘要
对教育自身和人的精神状况的敏锐把握,是建立动态的和谐师生关系的前提和基础。在信息时代,网络教育带来的是一幅新的教育图景,其不仅带来现代教育手段与方法的革新,还引致师生身份的后现代认同,促使师生关系的后现代转型。在网络教育中,师生关系呈现出灵活性、多重性、平等化、建构性、碎片化和游戏化等特征。因此,师生关系的和谐构建必须建立在对网络教育的后现代特征进行深入考量的基础上,并充分体现和反映时代特征,以适应网络教育后现代转型的内在要求。
Online education has brought a new educational view,resulted in postmodern self-identity of relationship between teachers and students,made the relationship between teachers and students turn its step to postmodernism. In online education,the relationship between teachers and students becomes flexible,multiform,fair,constructural,fractional and game-like and so on. Thus,the construction of the harmony in teacher-student relation must be established on the basis of deeper consideration of postmodern features of online education,and fully reflect the characteristics of the time so as to meet the internal needs of the postmodern transformation of online education.
