氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病早期肾病尿蛋白的影响

The influence of fluvastation treatment on urinary albumin with earlier type 2 diabetic nephropathy

目的观察氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病早期尿蛋白、C反应蛋白的影响及探讨对糖尿病肾病的保护作用。方法2型早期糖尿病肾病60例，随机分为常规治疗组和常规治疗加睡前服用氟伐他汀组，测定治疗前后血糖、血脂、血肌酐、C反应蛋白、24小时尿蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率等。结果氟伐他汀治疗后对无论有无血脂异常患者其尿白蛋白排泄率、24小时尿蛋白、C反应蛋白等均明显降低。结论氟伐他汀可通过非降脂效应减少尿蛋白，保护肾功能。

Objective To study the impact of fluvastatin treatment on C reactive protein （CRP） and urinary protein in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and to evaluate the protect role of fluvastatin treatment. Methods 60 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microalbuminuria which had two subgroups：normal treatment group（ DN1 ）and normal treatment plus fluvastatin treatment group （DN2）. The serum grucose ,blood lipid,creatinine,c-reactive protein（CRP） ,total urinary protein for 24 hours and urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） was detected. Results The total urinary protein for 24 hours, ALB/Cr and UAER as well as CRP decreased dramatically after therapy in group DN2 compared to DN1 （P 〈0.05） ,the same as in the subgroup of normal blood lipid of DN2. Conclusion Fluvastatin may improve renal function in diabetic patients through the activity of anti-inflammation and reduction of urinary protein.
