含桂枝汤大鼠血清对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响

Effects of Rats′Serum Containing Guizhi Decoction on Cytopathy Induced by Virus

体外抗病毒实验发现，桂枝汤８ｍｇ生药／ｍｌ对与呼吸道感染有关的１０株病毒致细胞病变均有不同程度的抑制作用。取口饲给予桂枝汤后的大鼠血清进行体外抗病毒实验，发现该血清（１∶４）抑制单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型等４株病毒对Ｈｅｐ－２细胞的增殖；该血清在－２０℃保存３个月，其抑制作用无明显下降；

It was showed from the anti virus experiment in vitro that 8mg crude drug/ml of Guizhi decoction could inhibit cytopathy induced by 10 strains of viruses associated with respiratory infection at the different extents.From the in vitro experiment with rats′serum after the oral administration of Guizhi decoction,it was found that the serum(1∶4) could inhibit the proliferation of four strains of viruses including herpes simplex virus I type in Hep 2 cells.The serum had no obviously decreased effects after stored at -20℃.Normal rats′serum also could weakly delay the effects on cytopathy induced by the viruses.
