摘要
基于动态显式有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit,采用所建立的薄壁矩形管绕弯成形过程三维弹塑性有限元模型,模拟研究了材料参数对绕弯成形过程中截面变形的影响规律。结果表明:随初始屈服强度和强度系数的增大,截面变化率增大;硬化指数对截面变化率的影响不大,但硬化指数较大时,最大截面变化率较小。弯曲过程中最大截面变形出现在沿弯曲方向50°附近的区域,且其位置不受材料参数的影响。该研究对于提高不同材料的薄壁矩形管弯曲管件的成形质量具有重要意义。
The influence of material parameters on rectangular tube cross section deformation was studied based on the platform of ABAQUS/Explicit. The elastic/plastic hardening material mode was introduced and the influence laws are obtained. The results show that the cross section deformation degree increases with the increase of original yield stress and strength factor. The hardenability value has little influence on cross section deformation degree. But the larger hardenability value will make the maximum cross section deformation degree become smaller. The maximum deformation presents in the vicinity of the bending angle 50° along the bending direction. And its position doesn't change with the change of material parameters. These achievements can provide a guideline for improving forming quality of the thin-walled rectangular tube with different material.
