摘要
圆度误差是评价轧制环件外形质量的一项重要指标。通过动力显式有限元模拟环件轧制过程,首次发现,若保持导向辊的导向力不变,随着轧制的进行,环件的圆度误差有不断增大的趋势,环件圆心偏离中心轴线的程度也会增加。系统的环件轧制实验证实了有限元模拟的结果,并从力学角度分析讨论了产生这种变化规律的原因,从而有针对性地提出相应的解决方案。
Roundness tolerance is an important factor offing shape quality. It is found for the first time that the ring roundness tolerance and the ring center deviation increase during ring rolling process by dynamic explicit finite element simulation with constant guiding force. The simulation results are confirmed by a series of experiments. The reason of the ring roundness tolerance increasing is discussed from the mechanics view. And some method is proposed to control the roundness tolerance.
