摘要
使用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器,探讨了Cr2O3、TiO2、SiO2微粉、粘土和锂土等因素对Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器性能的影响。试验结果表明,使用Cr2O3和TiO2作为助烧剂,促进了液相的生成,可降低Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷的烧成温度;适量的SiO2微粉加入可提高常温抗压强度,但过多SiO2微粉的加入会起到相反的作用;粘土和锂土的加入无论对其常温抗压强度还是对其热震稳定性都能产生不利的影响。采用正交分析方法,得出了Cr2O3、TiO2、SiO2微粉的最佳含量以及粘土与锂土的最佳配比,当TiO2、Cr2O3取0.5wt%,粘土和锂土的质量比例取3:2,SiO2微粉取4wt%时,可得到性能最佳的Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器。
The effects of Cr2O3, TiO2, SiO2 micro-powder, clay and lithium on the properties of foam ceramic filter were discussed when the foam ceramic were prepared by polymeric sponge process. The experimental results show that the use of Cr2O3 and TiO2 helps to promote the formation of the liquids, reducing the sintering temperature of Al2O3 foam ceramic; the use of appropriate amount of SiO2 micro-powder can increase the compressive strength at room temperature, but the excessive SiO2 micro-power plays the opposite effect; the addition of both lithium and clay soil have a negative impact on its compressive strength at room temperature and its thermal shock resistant. Through orthogonal analysis, it shows the best ratio of TiO2, Cr2O3, SiO2 micro-powder and the proportion of clay and lithium. When TiO2 and Cr2O3 are both 0.5wt%, the proportion of clay and lithium is 3:2, SiO2 micro-power is 4wt%, the best performance of Al2O3 foam ceramic filter is gotten.
