摘要
针对生产中某不锈钢弯头软模胀形出现的凹模开裂、过度磨损等失效问题,采用显式算法模拟了以橡胶类超弹体为传压介质的胀形变形过程,分析了影响胀形过程的主要因素。胀形末期凹模局部的应力过大以及分布不均,是凹模开裂和过度磨损的主要原因。
In order to find the reason of the cracking and wear of the bulging die of stainless steel elbow the bulging process with hyper-elasticity medium was simulated using explicity FEM. The factors that affect the process were discussed. The results show that the excessiveness and uneven distribution of stress are the main reason which causing the failure of the bulging die.
