摘要
拉延筋对汽车覆盖件冲压成形质量起着非常重要的作用。首先建立指标函数作为拉延件成形质量的评价标准,然后通过有限元分析,比较3种不同的拉延筋形式对于成形质量的影响。结果表明,半开放式拉延筋对于控制B柱内板零件拉延成形中的起皱及开裂缺陷有着很好的效果,优于另外两种。在此基础上,进一步研究了半开放式拉延筋不同的开放宽度对于板料成形质量的影响。得出结论,设置合理的开放宽度更有利于板料的成形。最终确定了拉延筋的合理布置方式,并将优化结果应用于实际生产。
Drawbeads is a important factor in drawing forming of Auto cover panel. A target function is founded first as the estimating standard of formability, and then through the method of finite elemenf analysis, the formability affected by three different kinds of drawbeads types was compared. The results show that the Run-out Drawbeads is effective to control wrinkle and crack in the B pillar's forming, excels the other two drawbeads types. Based on these, the formability affected by different open distance in Run-out Drawbeads was further researched. The conclusion is that a reasonable open distance more propitious forming process. Finally, the most reasonable type of drawbeads is ascertained, and the optimized result is applied to practical manufacturing.
