摘要
通过对筒形件壳体冷冲压成形工艺和成形关键的分析,制定了相应的工艺路线及有效的解决方案;通过MSC软件模拟成形过程并设计相关模具;最后通过实验成功验证了该零件冲压成形的可行性,为该类零件的挤压成形开辟了新的道路。
The cold stamping process and the key component of forming was analyzed, the corresponding route and effective technology solutions were formulated, the forming process was simulated by MSC and related-mold was designed. The feasibility of stamping parts was successfully verified by experiment. It give a new way to punch of this parts.
