摘要
激光烧结快速成形零件因其精度较低而限制了它的进一步发展和应用。本文从选择性激光烧结(SLS)成型技术中的模型数据处理、烧结成型工艺、成型机系统等三个方面分析了SLS快速成型制件误差产生的原因,并提出了提高制件精度的相应措施。
The development and application of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technique is restricted by the low accuracy of the part made with this technique. This article analysed error of this technique from three factors: model data processing, sintering forming process, forming machine system. Offering some relevant measures for increasing accuracy of parts made with this technique.
