摘要
依据国家知识产权局目前为止已公开的2008年1月至12月的中国专利,通过对其中涉及生物降解塑料领域的专利进行各项指标的分析研究,从而揭示本技术领域中一些有价值的技术经济情报信息,为企业和科研机构的研发、创新活动以及开展知识产权战略提供参考和帮助。
According to China＇s patent from the State Intellectual Property Office so far made January to December 2008, by analyzing the indicators of patent involving the field of biod public from le plastics, which revealed some valuable technical and economic information, provided a reference to the enterprises and scientific research institutions in R＆D and innovation activities as well as intellectual property strategy.
