摘要 针对汽车复杂注塑件在生产过程中产生结构变形现象,利用Moldflow软件对注塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,得到结构的翘曲变形情况;并对塑料材料性能进行试验验证和对比分析,得出注塑件结构变形的原因。通过优化注塑工艺和模具设计,有效地控制了注塑件结构尺寸的稳定性,解决了生产过程中因注塑件结构变形而产生的装配问题,对今后新产品开发和质量控制具有重要意义。 In order to solve automotive complicated injection part deformed easily in the manufacture process, by using the software of Moldflow, moulding process of injection part was simulated, structure warpage result was obtained, and plastic material performance was validated and compared to get the root cause of injection part deformation. Through optimization of injection process and tooling design, structure dimension stability of the injection part was controlled effectively; assembly problem caused by injection part deformation was solved in manufacture process, which had significance for new product development and quality control.
