聚丙烯环保阻燃绝缘片的研制 被引量:3

摘要 分别用十溴二苯乙烷/三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)和氮磷阻燃剂AP752/季戊四醇与均聚聚丙烯(PP)、共聚PP经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混得到绝缘片专用料,再经挤出压延机制成0.5mm厚的两种PP环保阻燃绝缘片,根据市售进口绝缘片所需的阻燃、绝缘、耐热和抗撕裂等特性对PP环保阻燃绝缘片进行了表征。结果表明:制得的两种绝缘片指标都达到国外同类产品的技术水平,阻燃等级达到UL94V0,电性能相对热指数(RTI)耐热等级在110℃以上。其中,十溴二苯乙烷/Sb2O3的阻燃效率高于AP752/季戊四醇的,可使绝缘片中加入更少的阻燃剂和更多的共聚PP,抗撕裂和抗冲击性能更高。而AP752/季戊四醇阻燃PP绝缘片的综合绝缘特性则优于十溴二苯乙烷/Sb2O3阻燃PP绝缘片。 Homo-polypropylene and co-polypropylene were compounded with decabromo diphenyl ethane/ Sb2O3 or phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant AP752/pentaerythritol respectively in a twin screw extruder to make insulation sheet specialty resin. And the specialty resin was calendered into two types of insulation sheet with the thickness of 0.5mm. The two types of insulation sheet were compared with import insulation sheet GK17 by ITW in the properties of flame retardant, insulation, heat-resistant and tear resistant. The result indicated that the two types of insulation sheet with UL94 V0 of flame retardant and 110℃ of relative thermal index (RTI) value reached the technical level of import product. The flame retardant efficiency of decabromo diphenyl ethane/Sb 2O3 was higher than that of AP752/pentaerythritol, and the insulation sheet flameretarded with deeabromo diphenyl ethane/Sb2O3exhibited higher impact resistant property and tear resistant property because of the less use of flame retardant and the more use of co-polypropylene. However, the integrative insulation property of insulation sheet flameretarded with AP752/pentaerythritol was better than that of decabromo diphenyl ethane/Sb 203.
