摘要
我国的城市供水系统经过多年的发展,在设施能力上基本可以满足城市生产生活的需要,但在公共饮水安全方面,仍然存在许多缺陷和薄弱环节。简要总结了我国供水安全事故发生的特点和当前供水安全生产面临的机遇与挑战,从保障公共安全的角度提出了强化供水安全保障能力建设的建议。
After many years of development, the Chinese city water supply systems can basically meet the requirements for urban production and life by their facilities, but there are some defects and weak links in public drinking water safety. The characteristics of water supply safety accidents and the opportunities and challenges facing water supply safety in China are summarized. Some suggestions for enhancing the construction of water supply safety guarantee system are proposed from the point of view of guaranteeing public safety.
