摘要
唐山西郊污水处理二厂污泥制肥工程采用了SACT污泥堆肥工艺,详述了各非标机械(翻堆机、转仓机、布料机等)的设计参数以及项目的设计创新点。两年来的成功运行表明,SACT技术是适合我国国情的污水处理厂污泥处置技术。
The SACT process is used in the sludge composting project of Tangshan Xijiao No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant. The design parameters of non-standard machines （pile-turning machine, storehouse transferring machine, distributing machine and so on） as well as the design innovations of the project are elaborated. The two-year operation shows that the SACT process is a sludge disposal technology suitable to Chinese conditions in wastewater treatment plant.
