摘要
针对原有制革废水处理工程出水COD不能稳定达标和出水氨氮不能满足当前环保要求的问题,在增加进水水量、尽量减少占地的前提下,提出增设水解、反硝化以及强化处理氨氮的悬浮生物滤池处理单元,同时扩容原调节池、生化池,将平流沉淀池改为斜管沉淀池等升级改造措施,经过半个多月的调试运行,出水各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,稳定运行3个月以后,对COD、BOD、SS、NH-N的去除率均在90%以上。
Aimed at the problems of the substandard effluent COD and the effluent ammonia nitrogen not meeting the environmental protection requirements in the previous tannery wastewater treatment project, some upgrading and reconstruction measures are put forward on the premise of adding the influent quantity and reducing land occupation area. The measures include adding treatment units such as hydrolysis, denitrification and suspended biological filter, expanding the volumes of equalization tank and biochemical tank and changing horizontal-flow sedimentation tank into tube settler. After more than half month of commissioning operation, the effluent indexes meet the first class discharge standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996 ). The removal rates of COD, BOD, SS and NH3 - N are over 90% after three months of stable operation.
