宫颈癌根治术后患者配偶的性生活质量及影响因素研究

Study on Quality of Sexual Life and Influencing Factors for Spouses of Cervical Cancer Patients after Radical Correction

目的:探讨宫颈癌根治术后患者配偶的性生活质量及影响因素。方法:选择2005～2007年在我科住院,术前病理诊断为宫颈癌,年龄≤45岁,临床分期为ⅠB～ⅡB期,均常规行宫颈癌根治术的患者配偶25例。在手术前和手术后1年,进行其性生活质量的问卷调查,分析手术前后性生活质量的差异及影响因素。结果:手术后配偶性生活质量总分及配偶间总体关系、性关系、性交、性高潮及性交困难等维度得分比手术前有显著性升高。结论:宫颈癌根治术后患者配偶的性生活质量比手术前有显著性下降。配偶间的总体关系对宫颈癌根治术后患者配偶的性生活质量影响显著。

Objective：To explore the effects of quality of sexual life and influencing factors for spouses of cervical cancer patients after radical correction. Methods： 25 spouses of cervical cancer inpatients after radical correction were selected to investigate quality of sexual life pre-operation and post-operation for one year, and analyze the differences and influencing factors. The patients were hospitalized during 2005 to 2007, less than 45 years, diagnosed cervical cancer in pathology. Results：After operation for one year, the scores of quality of sexual life, total relation, sexual relation, sexual intercourse, sexual orgasm, and sexual difficulties in spouses were advanced significantly. Conclusions. The quality of sexual life was descended significantly in spouses of cervical cancer patients after operation,and the total relation between couples was the factor that influenced significantly.
