北京地区43家医院2005～2007年抗抑郁药利用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Antidepressant Drugs in 43 Hospitals of Beijing During 2005～2007

目的:评价北京地区抗抑郁药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对北京地区43家入网医院2005～2007年抗抑郁药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行回顾性分析。结果:该地区抗抑郁药用量逐年增长。选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)销售金额占抗抑郁药总销售金额的80%。结论:北京地区抗抑郁药首选帕罗西汀、氟西汀等SSRIs类药,文拉法辛和度洛西汀为代表的5-羟色胺与去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂在临床抗抑郁中占有越来越重要的地位。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and the trend of the utilization of the antidepressant drugs in Beijing. METHODS： The antidepressant drugs used in 43 hospitals of Beijing during 2005--2007 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： The consumption quantity of the antidepressants in this area increased year by year, and SSRIs accounted for 80% of the total antidepressants in terms of consumption sum. CONCLUSION： SSRIs such as paroxetine and fluoxetine have become the antidepressants of first choice in Beijing, and the representatives of SNRI including venlafaxine and duloxetine play an increasingly important role in clinical antidepressant treatment.
