甜梦胶囊治疗更年期女性灼口综合征的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Tianmeng Capsule for Climacteric Female with Burning Mouth Syndrome

目的:观察甜梦胶囊治疗更年期女性灼口综合征的临床效果。方法:将248例更年期女性灼口综合征患者随机分为2组,试验组124例采用甜梦胶囊辅以心理干预治疗,对照组124例采用维生素B1+谷维素+维生素E辅以心理干预治疗,疗程均为1个月。结果:试验组与对照组的有效率分别为91.9%、48.4%(P<0.01);试验组治疗后18项心因性躯体症状均有明显改善,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2组患者服药后均未出现明显不良反应。结论:甜梦胶囊治疗更年期女性灼口综合征安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianmeng capsule in the treatment of climacteric female with burning mouth syndrome （BMS）. METHODS： A total of 248 climacteric female of patients with BMS were randomly assigned to receive Tianmeng capsule plus comprehensive psychotherapy （experiment group, n = 124） or VitB1＋ Oryzanol ＋ VitE plus comprehensive psychotherapy（control group, n = 124） for 1 month. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 91.9% for the experiment group versus 48.4% for the control group（P〈0.01） . All the 18 psychogenic somatic symptoms improved significantly in the experimental group after treatment as compared with before treatment （P〈0.01） . No obvious side effect was noted in either group. CONCLUSION： Tianmeng capsules had been proved to the safe and effective in the treatment of climacteric female with BMS.
