促肝细胞生长素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗重型肝炎的疗效观察

Curative Efficacy of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors in Combination with Glutathione for Severe Hepatitis

目的:观察促肝细胞生长素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法:84例重型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,对照组给予综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用促肝细胞生长素和还原型谷胱甘肽,2组疗程均为14d。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为76.2%、45.2%(P<0.05);肝功能指标和凝血酶原时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:促肝细胞生长素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗重型肝炎安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the curative efficacy of hepatocyte growth-promoting factors （HGSF） in combination with glutathione in the treatment of severe hepatitis. METHODS： 84 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups： the control group received comprehensive treatment for 14 days, and the trial group received HGSF plus glutathione in addition to the comprehensive therapy as in the control group for 14 days. RESULTS： The total effective rates for the trial group and the control group were 76.2% and 45.2%, respectively（P 〈 0.05）; and significant differences were also noted between the two groups in main liver functional parameters and PT （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： HGSF in combination with glutathione was safe and effective for severe hepatitis.
