Texts in the Social Site: Visual Angle of Analyzing the Jade Culture in the Traditional Society

传统中国玉文化代表上层建筑领域社会文化中的一种特殊分野。玉与人的身体发生着密切的联系。有关身体、身份的社会学及文化学研究理论与方法,尤其是将与玉发生联系的身体与身份视为一种社会场域中的文本进行阅读,为我们研究悠久的中国玉文化传统、解析中国传统社会的玉文化提供了一种崭新的视角,使我们能够把传统等级社会中人、玉以及玉的文化实践联系起来,并将其置于特定的社会场域之中还其所以存在和发生的本因,而不是单纯、孤立地以人因、工艺技术、器形、装饰纹样等研究准绳。

Traditional Chinese jade culture stands a special part of the superstructure’s social culture. Jade and the human body have a close relationship. Research theories and approaches of sociology and the study of culture that are related to body and status, especially to treat the body and status that is related to jade as a kind of text in the social site to read, provide us a brand new vision to do research on Chinese jade cultural tradition, to analyze the jade culture in the traditional Chinese society, so as to make us able to connect the men, jade and the cultural practice of jade in the traditional society in different grades, and to put them into a particular social site and find back the original reason of its birth and existence, but not to make the human causes, crafts and techniques,shapes, decorations and so on in a simple and isolated manner as the research yardstick.
