摘要
目的研制一种适于皮下植入的缓释剂型,用于脱敏治疗。方法把3H标记的尘螨变应原(3H-DFA)固定于壳聚糖中,制成DFAC植入片,埋植家兔皮下,用液闪计数仪测定其缓释作用。结果DFAC不崩解,180d降解率为(8.10±2.31)%,具有较稳定的缓释作用。结论DFAC可用作长效缓释植入剂并有良好前景。
Objective To prepare a sustained release dosage form implanted in hypoderm for the cure of desensitization.Method The dermatophagoides farinae allergen(DFA) labeled with 3H was fixed into chitosan to obtain the DFAC implantable dosage. Implant the DFAC tablet under the skin of rabbit, and determine its sustainde release effect.Result The DFAC does not disintegrate in hypoderm, and the degradation rate is (8.10±2.31)% after 180 days.Conclusion The sustained release effect of the DFAC is stable, and the prospects of the application of the DFAC to long sustained release effect implantable dosage form will be broad.
