棉织物风格主观评价体系的研究

Study on subjective evaluation system of cotton fabric style

采用语义微分法对20种常见棉织物的视觉感、接触手感、颈部接触感以及总体风格进行了主观评价,运用SPSS统计软件对评价结果进行了统计分析。结果表明:织物的视觉感与色泽、纹理相关;接触手感与绒细度、丰暖度、软滑度相关;颈部接触感与弹细度、厚暖度、柔贴度相关。在此基础上,建立了适宜的棉织物视觉风格、接触手感风格、颈部接触感风格、总体风格的主观评价体系,用以评价棉织物风格的优劣,为服装面料产品的设计与开发提供基础。

The general style and their senses of visual, touch and neck of 20 kinds of common cotton fabrics were investigated by using the method of semantic differential. SPSS statistical software was used to analyse the results. The results show that visual sense of the fabric is related to its color and texture. Touch sense is related to fuzzy and delicate degree, thick and warm degree as well as soft and slippery degree. Neck sense is related to elastic and delicate degree, thick and warm degree as well as soft and close - fitting degree. On this basis, an subjective evaluation system of general style and their senses of visual, touch and neck of cotton fabric is established. It provides a product design and development foundation for apparel fabrics and for evaluating cotton fabric style.
