摘要
为了解决使用NO21C-S自动络筒机纺制22.4 tex以上粗特纱时,效率、产量、质量、用工四者之间存在的矛盾,对捻接失误率高、纱线毛羽多、效率偏低等问题进行了改进和工艺优选。通过控制捻接失误率和选用合理的速度、张力,能够保证粗特纱的优质高产高效。
To meet the requirements of efficiency, productivity, quality and economic use of labours in making yarn of over 22.4rex by N021C -S auto -winder, processing improvement and technology optimization have been done in the settlement of high mis -splicing ratio, more yarn hairiness and low working efficiency. And high efficiency and fine quality of high - tex yarn are quaranteed in the production by controlling mis - splicing ratio and properly selection of speed and tension.
