选择性环氧合酶-2抑制剂预防酒精性肝病的机制 被引量:3

摘要 环氧合酶2(COX-2)是前列腺素类物质合成的限速酶,内毒素、炎症细胞因子和氧化应激产物等多种因素可诱导其在组织中高表达,属于诱导型表达酶类,参与肝脏炎症损伤、再生和细胞间质合成等过程。本研究拟观察选择性COX-2抑制剂塞莱昔布对大鼠酒精性肝病(ALD)的保护作用。
