摘要 目的:观察大鼠离体脑片纹状体-氧化氨合成酶阳性神经元的变化及神经损伤。方法:利用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷脱脱氢酶反应,用无糖无氧人工脑脊液模拟脑缺血状态。结果:在脑缺血损伤严重的纹状体-氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元数目先增后降。结论:一氧化氨在缺血所致的神经损伤中起重要作用。 Objective:To investigate changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS)-positive neurons and neuronaldamage of the slices of striatum. Metheds: The experiment was performed with nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) reaction following the defect of oxygen and glucose. Results: Theneurons in the striatum were damaged seriously:NOS-positive neurons increased early and decreased markedlylater. Conclusion:The results indicated that the NO played an important role in ischemia-induced neuronal damage.
