摘要
规模预测是物流园区空间布局及用地模式确定的主要依据,目前城市规划专业领域还没有形成较为成熟的物流园区规模确定方法。本文在吸收和借鉴国内外相关学科已有研究及探索的基础上,从城市规划的视野出发,提出基于定量分析与定性分析有机融合的物流园区规模容量分析方法——主体定位与多模型分析法,并在济南市峨嵋片控制性详细规划中进行了实证。
Scale forecast of logistics parks is the main basis of spatial layout and land using pattern. At present, there is not a set of mature methods for the scale forecast about logistics parks in urban planning. First, this paper absorbs and models the achievement and exploration of related discipline in domestic and foreign. Secondly, embarking from specialized vision of urban planning, the authors propose a set of method of scale forecast on logistics parks, which is based on the fusion of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and is easy to operate. At last, the article cardes on the confirmation in the regulatory plan of the Emei district in Jinan city.
