摘要 研究延髓内脏带(MVZ)神经元在心血管应激反应时的作用.方法:采用免疫组织化学(ABC)方法,在静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发的高血压、急性心肌缺血的心血管应激反应模型上,观察了延髓脑片的FOS蛋白表达情况.结果:FOS蛋白表达局限于MVZ带状区内,而周围其它核团均为阴性.延髓内FOS蛋白表达以MVZ背内侧的孤束核(NTS)和腹外侧的腹外侧延髓(VLM)较为密集.50%以上的酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)阳性神经元为FOS/TH双标记阳性神经元.结论:MVZ在心血管活动的传导和整合中起着重要作用,儿茶酚胺能神经元参与这种作用的调节. Aim: To investigate the effect of the neurons inmedullary visceral zone (MVZ) during cardiovascularstress. Methods: Immunohistochemical method (ABCmethod) was used. The animal model was induced by intravenous injection of vasopressin, and appeared hypertensionand acute myocardioischemia. Expression of FOS protein onthe slices of medulla oblongata was observed. Results:Firstly, expression of FOS protein was limited only withinMVZ, and not observed in the adjacent area. Secondly, expression of FOS protein was concentrated in the nucleus ofsolitary tract (NTS) located in dorsomedial part of MVZ,and the ventrolateral medulla(VLM) in ventrolateral part ofMVZ. Thirdly, more than 50% of the tyrosinhydroxidaselike immunoreactive (TH-LI) neurons were also FOS-LI.Conclusion: MVZ plays an important role in the conductionand modulation of cardiovascular stress. TH-LI neuronsmay be involved in this kind of modulation.
