高温对原代培养神经上皮细胞影响的形态学观察

摘要 目的观察高温处理后原代培养神经细胞的形态学变化。方法应用细胞培养、倒置相差显微镜和透射电镜方法。结果高温可使神经细胞的凋亡数增多、存活数减少,神经网络稀疏,细胞内部结构出现凋亡特征。 Objective To observe the effects of hyperthermia on morphiogical changes of neuroepithelium in primary culture.Method With cell culture,phase-contrast microscopy,and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) method.Result The survival cells were evidently reduced and the apoptotic cells of neuroepithelium increased in number,the networks of neuronal processes were sparse,the ultrastructures of neuroepithelium were changed following hyperthermia in 42℃ water bath for 20 min.Conclusion Hyperthermia can induce apoptosis of neuroepithelium in primary culture.
