Allocation and Utilization of Chinese Military Medical Science and Technology Resources

文中通过对总体规划、条件建设、人才培养、经费投入、成果转化、监督管理方面的分析,提出了现有科技资源配置与利用中存在的问题和初步对策,为军事医学科技资源优化重组提供依据,推动军事医学科技发展。

This paper put forward the problems of existing in science and technology resource in allocation and utilization through the analysis of strategic programming, condition construction, talent training, financial support, technological achievements application and supervision, etc. The article also discussed the original measure solving these problems, which could provides the basis of resource optimization and recombination of military medical science and technology, and promotes its development.
