磁共振成像在类风湿关节炎中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 类风湿关节炎(theumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性进展性炎症性疾病,以外周关节滑膜炎及关节破坏为主要表现,致残率高。由于目前尚无一种治疗方法可以使病情获得显著或持续性的缓解,而关节破坏在病程的早期(1年甚至4个月内)就可出现,所以早期诊断是改善预后、减少关节功能损害的关键。
