摘要
目的探讨和分析国人正常角膜前表面的非球面特性及其与年龄的相关性。方法按照入选标准序贯选取年龄在11—50周岁、屈光度数为+0.50—3.00D且散光〈1.00D的受检者123人,平均年龄(29.58±11.8)岁。根据受检者的年龄,每十年为一组,共分4组:11~20岁组、21~30岁组、31~40岁组和41~50岁组。采用鹰视角膜地形图仪进行角膜Q值的测量,每位受检者只取其中1只眼数据进行统计,分别分析每眼角膜前表面距中央10。、15。、20。、25。、30。范围的Q值。结果国人11.50周岁平均Q10、Q15、Q20、Q25和Q30分别为-0.08±0.09、-0.12±0.1、-0.14±0.11、-0.2±0.11和-0.27±0.11。各年龄组间Q25与Q30差异有统计学意义(Q25:P=0.045;Q30:P=0.012),41~50岁组角膜非球面性比21~30岁组明显(P〈0.05)。Q15和Q20与年龄呈负相关(Q15:r=-0.202,P=0.025;020:r=-0.214,P=0.018),Q10、Q25、030与年龄无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论国人正常角膜6mm区平均Q值为-0.14,不同年龄的角膜Q值存在着一定的差异,随着年龄的增大,角膜非球面性更明显。
Objective To investigate the corneal asphericity of Chinese eyes at different ages. Methods One hundred and twenty-three eyes of 123 normal subjects (age range from 11-50 years old),average (29.58±11.8 years old)were examined. The range of spherical equivalent error is from +0.50D to -3.00D, and the astigmatism of all eyes was less than 1.00D. Patients were divided into four age groups: 11 to 20 years (groupl),21 to 30 years(group 2),31 to 40 years(group 3)and 41 to 50 years(group 4). Corneal asphericity was measured using ALLEGRO Topolyzer. Results The Q10,Q15,Q20,Q25 and Q30 was -0.08+ 0.09,-0.12 + 0.1 ,-0.14+ 0.11 ,-0.2+ 0.11 and -0.27 _+ 0.11 respectively. The differences of Q20 and Q30 were significant among the four groups (Q25 :P=0.045, Q30 : P=0.012 ). The corneal asphericity in group 4 is higher than group 2 (P〈0.05), Q 15 (r =-0.202, P=-0.025 )and Q20 (r =-0.214, P=0.018 )were correlated with age adversely. Conclusions The Q value of Chinese eyes was -0.14 (6mm area). There was small difference between ages in corneal asphericity. Corneal asphericity is more obviously with age increase.
