肺炎克雷菌偶发单眼内源性眼内炎二例

摘要 例1冯××男56岁以“左眼突然红痛，视物不见1d”主诉来诊，以“左眼急性视网膜坏死”诊断收入院治疗。既往体健，10d前曾患”感冒”，静点头孢拉定及阿齐霉素1周无好转。查体：左眼视力：手动，眼前，球结膜混合充血（＋＋＋），前房内大量絮状渗出物，瞳孔圆，直径3mm，光反射（-），瞳孑L区见渗出膜，眼底窥不见。眼压Tn。
