摘要
应用虚拟仪器技术开发了汽油机非常规参数采集分析系统。该系统由供电、数据采集、信号采集和负载等部分组成,工控机上可完成对汽油机的振动、噪声、点火信号的检测和检测结果的数据库存储,同时对其配套的交、直流发电机进行检测,并初步实现检测数据的分析处理。
The development of unconventional parameters acquisition and analysis system in a gasoline engine with technology of virtual instrument.The total system is composed of power supply system,data acquisition system,signal acquisition system and load system.The object of this research project is detecting the vibration,the noise and the ignition action of gasoline engine on an industrial control computer.The system has the function of that the results of detection can be saved in a database.It can analyze and process the results of detection preliminary.At the same time,the system also can detect the alternator and direct current dynamo,which both are assorted with the engine.
